POLICY

A $50 deposit is required and is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

However, we encourage you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment.

We allow a maximum 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later than that, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to another time or day to ensure we have enough time to complete your lash set properly. You may reschedule up to 2 times. After that, if you still do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited.

Infills are accepted only if at least 40% of your natural lashes remain and should be booked within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment to keep your lash set looking full and well-shaped.

After 24 days, a new full set will be required.

If you book an infill but your lashes do not meet the required condition, a full set will be needed instead. In this case, we may not be able to complete the service within the originally booked time slot.

Please book according to the actual condition of your lashes to avoid any inconvenience.

We do not accept infills from other salons. Lashes done elsewhere must be fully removed and a new set applied.

If you book an appointment and do not show up without notifying us, you will be charged the full service fee.

A $20 surcharge applies to all appointments booked on Christmas Eve (24 December) and Christmas Day (25 December) only.

Please arrive with clean lashes - free of mascara, oil or makeup - to ensure we have enough time for your appointment.

To maintain a calm and focused working environment, no additional guests are allowed during your lash appointment.

If you experience an allergic reaction to any product used during your service, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

If you’ve had allergic reactions to lash extensions in the past, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be done beforehand.

Refunds are not provided for allergic reactions.

If you experience any issues with your lashes, please contact us as soon as possible. All concerns must be reported within 4 days of your appointment date for assessment.

Adjustments or corrections are only available within this period. Issues reported after 4 days will not be eligible for fixes or refunds.

By booking with us, you agree to receive appointment-related communications via our third-party booking system, Acuity Scheduling. This may include confirmations, reminders, and updates related to your appointment.
